Processing primarily concerns users located in Uzbekistan. International transfers may occur only where technically required (e.g. cloud providers) under appropriate safeguards.

• Delivery: address and contact details for couriers.
• Transactions: orders, payment status, receipts and technical identifiers from payment systems (full card PAN is not stored by the Operator unless required otherwise by the payment provider).

• Communications: support chats, reviews, Book Club posts (UGC).

3. Purposes

Account management, payments and delivery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, service improvement (aggregated analytics).

Processing follows applicable law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including personal data protection requirements.
